What brings me to photography?

My ongoing 15 year journey started on Madison street house I grew up in, using my mothers borrowed (stolen) camera, moving to my own little point and shoot doing Lego short films and taking zillions of pictures. Many summers were spent on the corner climbing trees, biking with friends and way too in depth stuffed animal outfits. Eventually, I continued to attend a 3D animation school before college, and it reaffirmed my love for being behind a camera.

I would describe my style as a mix of true to nature, candid but still a little dramatic with a touch of magic. I love celebrating the little things in life and highlighting some things that people may never notice.

I am proudly Ukrainian born, Oregon transplant living happily here in the PNW. I have been doing art, video production and all sorts of crafty things for as long as I've been able to pick up a pencil. When not lugging around a camera, I can be found reading, devouring fish and chips on the coast and drinking probably too much coffee for my own good.

I am also a long time Civil War Reenactor in Oregon and Washington, and a magical Professional Party Princess with Oregon's Fairytale Project. I've worked with the Heritage Mill in Salem as an in house character actor, a theater tech with Pentacle, a camera operator with Salem's CCTV wearing a full body camera rig, and I'm always learning.

I am an avid traveler, my bucket list includes Italy, Japan, Germany and Norway.
